Testimonials

One competitor continues to tell callers we are lying about our "lumen" claims. We will provide manufacturers specs to anyone. Another states that our higher output is a waste, not needed and "crazy". Although, they will sell you several lights if you ask. Huh?

Question.
1) Is a 250 watt Mercury vapor self ballasted bulb more output than a 175 watt metal halide bulb?
2) Is a 400 watt compact fluorescent bulb more output than a 175 watt metal halide bulb?
Answer.
You might be lead to believe this is true, but the answer is no. Both are rated at approx. 5000 lumen output. Specs >

Our DL175 is rated at 16,000 lumen. Our Sunlite400 is rated at 60,000 lumen. Hope this clears things up.

Stray current sensing technology. What is it? Our lamp assembly will sense stray current AKA "live marina" and trip a service GFI when present. The stray current could come from damaged wiring at a dock, boatlift or the system itself. Noone else offers this feature!

Know and understand everything about the system you are buying. We hide nothing, we answer all questions and we invite anyone to our 6000sf facility to see our products in person. Some companies will use words like "maintenance free" or "self cleaning". We would not insult your intelligence. Anyone who lives on the water knows these are false statements. The far right shows several systems on the market. Growth occurs around the lamp assembly and bulb. The Bulbs hot spot ( 2") will remain partially clear unless the lamp does not operate for as little as a few days. At which time the bulb is over taken by barnacles. The far right bottom shows a cage application. This is supposed to protect the bulb from hazards. If the cage if not snagged by a fish hook, it is rapidly over taken by growth, thus extinguishing the output! Good luck cleaning this mess without breaking the bulb. The center photos display a weighted pool type light upon initial installation. After a short time the light starts to diminish due to settling, fish activity and water currents. One snap of a boat throttle and prop wash could extinguish the light altogether. Applications are limited; In shallow water (less than 4'), this type light projects out of the water rather than in the water. The light output decreases in deep water or poor water clarity applications. Uneven sea floors could cause the light to roll over in currents or project a beam to a undesired direction. These type of lights also project a "V" beam of light, not a full field of light like Fishnlight products.

The left displays the output of our light. Clearly you achieve a much greater area of light. Our installations are far less restricted. Our systems are completly adjustable to maximize performance in applications from 12" to 30+' of water. Many customers want to illuminate their seawall and barnacle reefs. This is easily achieved because of our full light pattern design as illustrated in the pictures. Mounting brackets for pilings, seawalls or floating docks are also available.

Research and development never stops at our manufacturing facility to offer the most advanced, user friendly and affordable systems to own, operate and maintenance!

We sell the most comprehensive line of underwater lights, and it's proven worldwide!
